Su formación universitaria se desarrolló en Perú. Estudió Medicina Humana en la Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal, en Lima. Cursó el post grado en Cirugía y Medicina de Urgencias en la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, también en Lima.
También ha logrado la maestría en gerencia de Servicios Hospitalarios Universidad Peruana Inca Garcilaso de La Vega y gerencia de la Calidad Total: Escuela Superior de Guerra Aérea (Lima).
Como profesional, ha sido segundo jefe del Departamento de Urgencias del Hospital Central de la Fuerza Aérea del Perú y médico asistente del Servicio de Emergencias del Complejo Hospitalario San Pablo (Lima). Además, fue profesor universitario de Fisio-Patología Humana en la Universidad Nacional Federico Villareal.
En España, ha trabajado como médico de urgencias en Atención Primaria en Toledo (Castilla-La Mancha). Lleva más de 15 años ejerciendo de cirujano andrólogo en España. Es experto en tratamientos para la disfunción eréctil con ondas de choque, plasma rico en plaquetas y láser de alta intensidad. También es experto en implantes de prótesis de pene y manejo de disfunciones sexuales masculinas.
Es miembro en activo de las sociedades Española, Europea e Internacional de Andrología y Medicina Sexual.
Como escritor, ha publicado manuales educativos de medicina y trabajos de investigación. También ha publicado el libro ‘Eyaculación Precoz: Manual rápido para la auto curación’.
